The location is great, close to whale watching activities, a lake, and the ferry arrival point.

Excellent spot not far from restaurants, cafe, nature and the ferry. Also, to everything Tadoussac has to offer.

small cramped room, depressing decor, bad furniture, run down, on main road, no view. owner refused to cancel booking as we did it through Booked.net. We only stayed 1 night yet paid the price for for 2.

Great room with a beautiful view, very peaceful as promised, and in a convenient location close to everything we wanted to do, also enjoyed some tea and treats at a cozy nearby spot.

The service provided there was terrific. The rooms were comfy and quiet with boiling water device, basic amenities like boiling water device, for instance, that's all we needed. Location: the hotel was very close to the restaurants and attractions in town, large trucks up and downhill most of the night, and a lake.

We stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The location was perfect, right near the ferry. We also enjoyed the room service and the heating amenities. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was an added bonus. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I liked the view from my room.
There were only two choices for the breakfast menu.It was very expensive for what was served. They wouldn't serve wholewheat bread.Continental breakfast: 1 croissant, 2 white toasts, small slice of watermelon, of kiwi and of orange, small glass of juice and coffee: 6,95!!A lot of bread! not balanced menu.

the rooms were overpriced at $250 per night and lacked basic amenities like a kettle and a safe hairdryer. the advertised restaurant and breakfast were non-existent. we found a better and cheaper motel just 100 meters away. It had all the amenities we needed, was cleaner, and had many dining options nearby. Moving to the new motel was definitely a smarter choice. Cons: None.

I am from Ontario and I really appreciated that there was always someone at the hotel who spoke English.
The only thing that I think I would try to improve on was the fact that the ferry hill is right outside and you can hear traffic early in the morning. Beacuse there was no air ocnditioners or fans in the room I needed to keep my windows open and therefore I could hear the traffic. Perhaps if there were fans or something to give white noise you may not hear the trucks.
